Dr. Jeanne J. Holmes is an Risk Consultant (Employment Practices) for RiskVersity and an Assistant Professor of Management at North Carolina A&T State University. Dr. Holmes earned a B.S. in Management from Miami University, her masters from NC State University and a PhD in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of South Carolina.  Jeanne began her HR career as a Recruiting Specialist with Bank One (now, JPMorgan Chase) and later gained expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, conflict management, and diversity & inclusion as her career migrated her to North Carolina. Dr. Holmes has also worked as a Research Fellow for the U.S. Department of Defense and has facilitated workshops on various HR issues across the country.
