Topic: Neutralizing Workplace Toxins for Survival: Clearing the Air
Toxins are inherently present at our workplace, often times at the very top; this session will identify those pollutants and provide take aways for any professional to be part of the neutralization process by “breathing” clean A.I.R. into the atmosphere and establishing themselves as the change agent.
This session will intro with overview of a strategically authored T&D program developed and delivered in housed by HR practitioners to demonstrate personal, professional and successionary growth opportunities with measurable results supporting company strategy.
Presentation Learning Objectives:
- Recognize workplace toxins that impact culture along with organizational success and how various toxins bleed into one another
- Define and understand the importance of the A.I.R. acronym
- Understand your role as a leader and how you can be a part of “detoxing” the work environment
- Provide methods of relief to neutralize or “detox” the work environment using A.I.R. in potentially toxic scenarios
