Speaker:  Stephanie Stiene
Stephanie serves as Director of Financial Services, a department of Brighton Center, Inc., a Northern Kentucky private social services agency that offers opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency.  For over 15 years, Stephanie led Financial Services to develop a full continuum of financial service programs, including Financial Coaching, Foreclosure Prevention, Homeownership, Reverse Mortgage Counseling, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites, and other asset building services.  Stephanie has engaged banking, lending, insurance, and many local business leaders and volunteers to serve over 1,800 individuals in 2016.  Stephanie received a “Champions of Change” award from the White House in 2012.  She is passionate about financial education that empowers families to improve their financial health.
Employee satisfaction is key to retention and quality of customer service.  A growing body of evidence points to a correlation between employee satisfaction and financial performance, and providing competitive benefits go a long way towards improving these areas.  Ways To Wealth provides a financial wellness program for local employers in the Northern Kentucky region of
the Cincinnati Metropolitan Statistical Area.
During this session we discuss ways to provide tools to help identify financial hardship that impacts the stress level of employees, the benefits of offering a financial wellness program, and an overview of the on-site financial topics which can be customized to meet employee needs.
