Katie E. Hoffman and Beth Planzer
Beth Planzer, LPCC, BCC is an Executive Coach and senior therapist with twenty years’ experience coaching executives and young professionals to achieve exceptional results at work while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Beth has a Master of Arts in Counseling and an Executive Coaching Certification (pending) from The College of Executive Coaching (ICF Certified). She is an LPCC from The State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board. Additional training includes Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management.
Katie Hoffman, CMBB, CSMC is the Founder and President of StressLess LLC. Katie is Board Certified in Mind-Body Bridging; a therapy modality, developed at the University of Utah; Salt Lake City campus. She is a Certified Stress Management Coach. Katie has practiced the art of Mindfulness for more than 25 years; actually before it was known and accepted in America.
Katie has been an entrepreneur, since the day she was born. Her inherent curiosity, a constant thirst for a better understanding the human condition, and passion to help others is what led to the development of today’s program.
