Speaker: Janice Urbanik, Executive Director at Partners for a Competitive Workforce
Urbanik provides overall leadership in guiding and executing strategy, supporting activities, advancing shared measurement, building public will, mobilizing funding and policy advocacy.
Prior to joining PCW, Urbanik was a consultant for Construction Process Solutions, Global Lead Management Consulting and the Women’s Research and Development Center. She worked in health care and baby care for Procter & Gamble Co. for 18 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and participated in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s WE Lead Program and the Aspen Institute’s Sector Skills Academy.
