Topic: Pursuing a Paperless Workplace

Companies today are struggling with information overload.  In fact, the daily volume of paper documentation coming in to offices has been shown to be a significant stressor for managers and employees alike.  A recent study by Adobe found that almost 70% of US professionals would change jobs even if the only benefit was dramatically less paperwork.

Documents lag behind most other forms of information going digital (photos, music); but it doesn’t have to stay that way.  This presentation will address why businesses have such an attachment to paper, and how companies large and small can begin to confidently work towards creating less paper-dependency in the work environment.  A change at the level of Human Resources department can be the catalyst for a change company – and industry – wide!  Learn how putting systems in place can alleviate the paper overwhelm and improve employee efficiency and satisfaction.  A productive environment leads to a productive workforce and a more profitable company.
