History of NKY SHRM
Founded in 1974, NKY SHRM is comprised of member companies from Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana areas and boasts members from small local companies to large international firms. Normally, member company representatives are engaged in managerial or administrative capacities in all phases of Human Resources, business partners serving the HR community, and students.
NKY SHRM holds monthly luncheon meetings and offers topical programs by local, regional and national authorities to provide information and guidance to the membership. The meetings are a perfect opportunity for members to network and share ideas with other Human Resource professionals and business partners. NKY SHRM’s commitment to excellence has been recognized by SHRM, with the reception of several awards.
